The residential Complex Alpin Resort Hotel is developed by S.C. Alpin 2003 S.R.L., which after the acquisition of the hotel, 4 years ago, carried out the modernization and renovation works due to which Alpin Resort Hotel received the 4 stars classification. Project initiator, Claudiu Aron already enjoys international recognition in the real estate field: he gave the key to a 4 star hotel built in center of Bucharest to an Austrian investor and he built numerous buildings for an important Romanian bank, also in Bucharest.
